"Daily — Check Asana, Slack, Trello, and emails for projects, assignments, and due dates. Create and curate content for each platform, including outsourcing to photographers and other staff members. Daily posting/scheduling on Facebook, Instagram (including stories), Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok. Respond to messages on all platforms using Sprout Social. Answering online reviews on Yelp, Google Business, Weedmaps, Leafly and Facebook in the tone established by Brand Guide. Uploading images, new info, deals, cover photos, etc. to all social and cannabis listings. Coordinating email campaigns for in-store and online promotions, as well as events, via the Products Department and Email Marketing Firm. Coordinating Deals with the Purchasing department for posting social posts, flyers, website images, etc. Sending text messages in coordination with the products department. Working with Graphic Designer to create flyers, banners, billboard designs, etc. Coordinating with operations to ensure all technology has text blast sign-ups, email sign-ups, etc. Ensure all menus are working properly. Keep signage on brand, referring to the Brand Guide at all times. Incentivize staff to create content in-store."
