Neo-Soul singer Aliah Sheffield's latest tune "Earth is Ghetto" has struck a chord in the aftermath of the January 6 2021 attack on the United States Capitol. In the soulful video clip the singer appears to express the hopelessness many black americans are feeling after watching a mob of white supremacist storm congressional offices in a plot to assassinate Vice-President Mike Pence and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
